Assistant Sports and Leisure Support Manager

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

• Assist the Sports and Leisure Manager in leading a team of sports and recreation staff to plan and implement innovative sports and recreation programmes / services
• Oversee daily operation including staff rostering and training, daily administration and budget control
• Develop and maintain excellent Member relations
• Involve in project planning and management of the recreation facilities

• Holder of bachelor degree in Recreation and Leisure Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the leisure or recreation fields
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
