Assistant Project Officer

• Perform data cleansing, validation and user acceptance test (UAT)
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Work closely with Project team to implement the project and facilitate the smooth running of the system
• Provide administrative support to the team

• Diploma in Data Analysis or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s experience in Information Technology or data analysis in sizeable corporations
• Preferably with experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related systems, or operation experience in membership, call centre, retail or table reservation or related system projects
• Hands-on experience in business requirement documentation and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
• Good time management skill and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with business acumens
