• Lead a sales team to manage overall retail shop (Levade) operations
• Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management
• Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and sustain premium brand image at shop level
• Handle customers’ enquiry on company and / or product information in a professional manner
• Provide training and coaching to sales team to drive excellent service experience

• At least 5 years' experience in retail industry, of which 3 years in supervisory role
• Positive working attitude, hardworking and able to take on new challenges
• Strong customer-service and teamwork-oriented mindset
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With experience of pre-opening project will be a definite advantage
