Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

• Work with the Housekeeping Manager on routine cleaning programs including spring cleans, etc.
• Work with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management Supervise the daily operation of the Housekeeping Team Ensure the standards of cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas
• Ensure staff to carry out their duties according to the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) & the Club's guidelines
• Check all relevant reports and ensure staff provide quality services
• Assist in managing the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met
• Supervises outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance

• Higher Diploma or above in hotel management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in prestigious private clubs or hotels
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• With experience of pre-opening project will be a definite advantage
