Wine Concierge

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

• Provide high quality service and promote wine products to members and their guests
• Achieve sales targets and maximize the sales through upselling
• Develop and maintain the database for analysis
• Responsible for good control on stock inventory and regular stock taking
• Provide on-floor support during events and promotional activities
• Maintain hygiene and tidiness with high quality presentation

• At least 1 year's related operation and sales experience in wine retail or business
• Knowledge of wine and wine business with relevant certificates will be an advantage
• Good numeracy skills to handle POS systems and stock
• Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
