No. 2 Noodle Chef

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

  • Handle the making of all noodle dishes, always ensure high quality
  • Master the operation and maintenance of equipment of own department, help training the subordinates
  • Specifically responsible for all production and shaping at work site, from cleansing to production to storage
  • Arrange equipment placement
  • Assist to execute HACCP policies
  • Assist with daily departmental ordering list and check the incoming goods
  • Pay attention to daily sale, arrange production and storage

  • 5 years’ relevant experience in reputable hotels or restaurants
  • At least 1 year in supervisory position
  • With strong understanding on the operation of noodle section including the daily operation, cost control and procurement system, HACCP, Work Safety and employee related matters
  • Creative and sound knowledge on the food trend in the market

  • The Hilltop in the Valley – New Clubhouse (Happy Valley)
