Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

• Provide service to Members and their guest(s) using the pool, ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area
• Ensure only the registered Members and guests use the pool facilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool by filling in the operations check-list and reports of all matters
• Arrange regular checks on water temperature and quality with proper record
• Provide other services or maintenance work as required during winter months

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• First aid and Lifesaving certificate
• Excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• Good command of spoken both English and Chinese
• With relevant academic background will be a definite advantage
