No. 3 Stove

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

  • Handle all stove cooking techniques, especially braised and steamed of expensive dishes
  • Assist the superior to prepare high-priced menu
  • Instruct subordinates to arrange the mise-en-place and after-work environment sanitation
  • Assist to monitor the quality of subordinates’ production and semi-cooked products
  • Understand the recipes and ingredients and guide the subordinates to work
  • Obey strictly the superiors’ work arrangement and co-operate with rest of the team

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in reputable hotels or Chinese restaurants
  • At least 1 year in supervisory position
  • With understanding on the operation of Stove section HACCP and Work Safety

  • The Hilltop in the Valley – New Clubhouse (Happy Valley)
