Pool Control Supervisor

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

• Organise regular life-saving drills and first-aid training for lifeguards
• Arrange lifeguard duties in providing other services or maintenance works as required and handle installation of pool lanes for swimming class and water activities
• Coordinate with other departments of the Clubhouse in providing services to Members, such as first-aid services
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
• Ensure the standard of life-saving drills, first aid training, AED and work safety issues by performing regular training across three clubhouses

• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in relevant field
• First aid and Lifesaving certificate
• Excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• Good command of spoken both English and Chinese
• With relevant academic background will be a definite advantage
