Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

  • Handle production of all roasting and cold dishes to uphold quality level
  • Master the operation and maintenance of equipment's of BBQ section and provide training to the subordinates
  • Responsible for all production from cleansing to production to storage
  • Arrange equipment replacement
  • Assist to execute HACCP policies in BBQ section
  • Assist with daily departmental ordering list and check the quality and quantity of incoming goods
  • Pay attention to daily sale, arrange production and storage

  • 5 years’ relevant experience in reputable hotels or Chinese restaurants
  • At least 1 year in supervisory position
  • With strong understanding on the operation of BBQ section including the daily operation, cost control and procurement system, HACCP, Work Safety and employee related matters
  • Creative and sound knowledge on the food trend in the market

  • The Hilltop in the Valley – New Clubhouse (Happy Valley)
