Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

  • Preparing foods, such as sandwiches, baked goods and dairy items, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and other drinks of the highest quality standards for the members
  • Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items and educating customers about brewing methods
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain supplies of counter and bar beverages in line with forecast demand
  • Keeping equipment working by following operating instructions, carrying out preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting breakdowns
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale
  • Updating signage and displays to attract members

  • 3 year's related operational experience is required and preferrably in specialty coffee bar
  • Good knowledge of coffee brewing and certificate in barista course is definitely advantage
  • Passionate in making coffee and interact with members
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
