Members Relations Officer

(Ref: OTH-10)

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.

  • Greet Members/guests at the lobby, familiarise Members on the usage of facilities
  • Handle enquires of sales, promotion programmes and products introduction to Members
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor the Security & car park operations Handle the Activity room booking and scheduling

  • Higher diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Management
  • At least 1 year experience in customer services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese, Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
  • knowledge and experience in computer applications, such as word processing in Chinese and English, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.
