Get Moving With an Electrifying Variety Show

Exciting news for fans! Popular singer Hins Cheung is returning to perform festive songs and usher in a prosperous new year! Feng Shui master Mak Ling Ling will make an appearance to share good luck tips for the Year of the Snake with racegoers too. The God of Fortune and jockeys will also be on hand to extend their Chinese New Year greetings, allowing racegoers to enjoy delightful performances while receiving abundant blessings for a bountiful year ahead.

A Not-to-miss Chinese New Year Lucky Draw

To celebrate the Year of the Snake, the “Shatin Racecourse Delights presents Chinese New Year Lucky Draw” will be launched, offering racegoers 888 prizes of designated pure gold or gold-plated ornaments. The three grand prize winners can take away a designated pure gold ingot!

Entrants can participate in the Lucky Draw by scanning the QR code on the designated door gift – a Windmill Fortune Pen –and completing registration by 3:30pm. Don’t miss out!

It’s a popular tradition to pray for blessings on the third day of the New Year. Start your day by offering incense at Che Kong Temple or Wong Tai Sin Temple, then hop on a free shuttle bus to Sha Tin Racecourse for a direct and hassle-free trip to the Chinese New Year racing festivities!

Seats available on a first-come-first-served basis, please follow the instructions given by staff on-site.
