You can also enjoy vibrant lion dances, with the jockeys making special appearances to extend their New Year blessings. Be there in person to fully immerse yourself in the festive joy and carry home abundant horse-year luck!

Year of the Horse Themed Photo Hotspots

Sha Tin Racecourse will transform into a photo paradise on the big day, with two striking four-metre high horse sculptures with dynamic pose of running side by side, complemented by windmill arrays, festive peach blossoms, and New Year themed installations and decorations. The God of Fortune will roam the hotspots – don’t miss snapping a photo to soak up horse-year prosperity and take the luck home!

Free Shuttle Bus to Sha Tin Racecourse

Start your horse-year luck with a time-honoured tradition! On the third day of Lunar New Year, visit Che Kung Temple, Wong Tai Sin Temple or Lam Tsuen to pray for blessings, then hop on the free shuttle bus for a direct ride to Sha Tin Racecourse. You can arrive effortlessly and celebrate some abundant horse-year fortune!
