Dr Bronte Forbes, the Head of Veterinary Regulation, Welfare and Biosecurity Policy, has advised that a routine veterinary examination conducted this morning on SALIOS has found the horse to be lame in the left front leg.

Accordingly, SALIOS has been withdrawn from the stated race.
