Waiter / Waitress (Western Premium Dining)

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organisations for a variety of functions.
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in Western premium dining restaurant
- Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
- Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
- 1 year's related restaurant experience is required
- Experience in hotels & clubs
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- The Hilltop in the Valley – New Clubhouse (Happy Valley)
- The Hilltop in the Valley – Old Clubhouse (Happy Valley)
- Racecourses (Happy Valley and Sha Tin)
- Beas River Country Club (Sheung Shui)
