The valuable experiences gained from experiential learning can bring lifelong benefits.
In August 2022, the Hong Kong Jockey Club organised an exchange tour to the UK for outstanding coaches from the Hong Kong Football Association and dedicated partner school teachers from the JC Youth Football Development Scheme. The objective of the trip was to help the
teachers and coaches achieve personal development, turning what they have experienced into new impetus to continue to inspire the younger generation through a multi-faceted football experience.
In January 2023, the Hong Kong U16 Women’s Team also travelled to Manchester for training. Through experiences of cultural exchange and group training, we hope our new generation of female football players can broaden their horizons, sharpen the team’s technique and grow stronger.
