Striving for Excellence

The first coaching course in Hong Kong focusing on women’s football was held in July 2022. Organised by The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hong Kong Football Association, in collaboration with Manchester United, the four-session webinar series attracted attendance from over 250 local coaches.

Menstrual cycles not only impact female players’ well-being but also increase their risk of injuries. Eddie briefed coaches on some ways to tailor training that could enhance players’ performance as a whole.
