Admission arrangements for race meetings in 2022/23 racing season

As instructed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Club will stage race meetings in accordance with the government’s prevailing public health regulations and restrictions under Cap 599 starting from the opening of 2022/23 racing season on 11 September 2022.
Subject to any change to the current measures, for the upcoming season opening race meeting on 11 September, Stewards, Voting Members, Owners, Members, members of the public and their companions who have made advance bookings will be admitted to the racecourses on condition that:
1. All persons should comply with the Club’s Conditions of Entry (https://corporate.hkjc.com/image/202208/Conditions_of_Entry_20220830_e.pdf);
2. All persons entering the racecourses and all catering premises should scan LeaveHomeSafe QR Code using the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application in their mobile phones before entry to the racecourses, and present vaccination record for the purpose of Vaccine Pass verification and checking that they are not holding a Red or Amber Code. In addition, they will have to abide by other public health measures, including temperature screening before entry and wearing of face masks during the race meetings; and
3. All persons in a single booking for or attending a catering venue in a group of more than 8 persons are required to present proof of a negative Rapid Antigen Test result conducted within 24 hours of entry. A SMS notification containing a negative PCR test result issued within 48 hours of prior to entry will also be accepted.
The Club understands that racing fans have been keenly anticipating to attend the Season Opening and appeals to their cooperation in complying with the above admission requirements. Booking of public venues will be available online or at Off-Course Betting Branches from 12:00 noon on 1 September.
