Participate in the game by entering Sha Tin Racecourse. Open “Classic 3-in-1” app and enter the game page in the "Discover" section. From 5pm to 7pm on 17 November, after entering the game page, participants* who successfully scratch off the designated horse in accordance with the instructions will have a chance to win a designated HKJC dining voucher. All participants who have submitted the correct answer will receive one e-stamp#, Participants can redeem one “Horse of the Year Collectible Magnetic Badge”## for every 4 e-stamps.

- By participating in [Sha Tin Racecourse Delights] (“Programme”) and the joyful scratch game, participants are deemed to have agreed and accepted these Terms and Conditions below and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the course of participating in this Programme.
- Trade Promotion Competition Licence No 59352.
- All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Travel Document.
- This Programme is available from 8 September 2024 to 29 December 2024 on every Sha Tin Racecourse race day, subject to any change of arrangement by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the “Club”) in view of the circumstances without prior notice.
- Participants shall scan the designated QR code displayed at the Sha Tin Racecourse on the date of the Game during the specified time period with the Classic 3-in-1 app in their mobile devices in order to participate in the Game. Participants shall follow the instructions displayed via the Classic 3-in-1 app after entering the Game interface in order to retrieve the electronic scratch card and participate in the Game. Winners will be determined in accordance with the following:
a. Top Prize: If any scratched horse name matches with Horse of the Year – 2023/2024 “Romantic Warrior”., the participant will win one (1) Top Tier Prize.
b. 2nd Tier Prize: If any scratched horse name matches with Champion Four Year Old – 2023/2024 “Galaxy Patch”, the participant will win one (1) 2nd Tier Prize.
c. 3rd Tier Prize: If any scratched horse name matches with the Champion Sprinter – 2023/2024 “California Spangle”, the participant will win one (1) 3rd Tier Prize.
d. 4th Tier Prize: If any scratched horse name matches with the Champion Griffin – 2023/2024 “Ka Ying Rising”, the participant will win one (1) 4th Tier Prize. - Each winner will be rewarded with one prize as follows:-

The announcement will be made for fulfilment of duty owed by licencee of Trade Promotion Competition Licence only, and shall in no event indicate or suggest any second round of the Game.
- Prizes and/or SMS text messages cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes are redeemable at designated locations within specified hours according to the instructions in ‘My Coupon’ in HKJC Classic 3-in-1 App. No prizes will be granted after the designated prize redemption period. Redemption by third parties is not allowed. Under no circumstances shall the winners claim any compensation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
- If a winner fails to and redeem the prize, the prize(s) will be forfeited automatically without notice. Under no circumstance shall any winner or any person have any claim or action whatsoever against the Club.
- From 20 October 2024, all participants who answer correctly in accordance with the instructions will receive one e-stamp. A participant may only receive up to one e-stamp each time. The e-stamps are only valid until 29 December 2024.
- The e-stamps may only be obtained by the relevant participant, and will not be re-issued in any circumstances. The e-stamps do not have any cash value. Participants can redeem a designated prize for every 4 e-stamps collected in accordance with the relevant instructions on or before 29 December 2024. E-stamps collected on different electronic stamp cards may not be combined. The e-stamps are not transferrable and may only be used by the participant who holds the relevant electronic stamp card. After redeeming a prize, the e-stamps will be deemed surrendered, but the participants may continue collecting e-stamps and obtain a prize again upon collection of the requite number of e-stamps.
- The relevant prize must be collected at the designated location within designated period, and must be collected by the relevant participant in person. No replacement gift will be provided. No prizes can be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The determination of successful winners for each round of the Programme will be based on the Club’s computer system, and the records in the Club’s computer system shall be final and conclusive.
- Participants must present a valid betting account number and prize QR code when collecting the prize, screenshots will not be accepted. Each betting account number is eligible to collect the designated prize once per round of the Programme. Failure to provide a valid betting account number will be considered as forfeit of the prize, and the prize will not be reissued. Participants shall not participate in this Programme using any means which may cause disruption to the operations of the the Programme webpage. Any such participants will be disqualified. The Club reserves the right to pursue legal action. Any participants found to have acted fraudulently, corruptly or dishonestly (including but not limited to participating in this Programme using any automated programme) in this Programme will be disqualified immediately.
- Proof of dispatch of the scratch card page by the participant cannot be accepted as proof of submission of any entry. If any information of the participant or prize redemption QR code, are lost, leaked, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged by reasons of computer, network, telephone, technical issue(s) or any other reasons, the Club and/or its affiliates shall not be liable in any way if the participant shall suffer any loss and/or be disqualified as a result. The participant agrees that he/she shall have no right to object in such scenario. Participants agree to provide personal data to the Club for registration purpose. Participants are deemed to have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy Statement of the Club available at https://www.hkjc.com/home/english/corporate/corp_privacy.aspx, and further agree that the Club may use my personal data during this promotion and/or for the purposes of this promotion.
- Staff of the Club are not eligible to participate in the Programme.
- Photographs, images and/or other illustration of the prizes are for reference only and should not be relied on as accurate representations of the actual prizes.
- The Club is not the manufacturer of the prizes, and does not accept any liability for the quality of the prizes, therefore to the maximum extent permitted by law of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, the Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes. The use and enjoyment of the prize by the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and any dispute arising from the use and enjoyment of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winner and the supplier directly, for which the Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
- The Club reserves the sole and all right to make decisions relating to this activity, and may cancel, postpone or modify any content of this activity (including but not limited venue, date, time or prize) or amend the relevant terms and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final.
- This Programme and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Each participant is fully responsible for ensuring that his or her participation in this Programme is lawful in accordance with laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any other applicable laws. The Club shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawlessness of any participation.
- The Terms and Conditions are available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
