Opening Ceremony
The festivities will begin at 12nn in the Parade Ring. Ms Phoebe Tam Lok Hin, Hong Kong soprano, will lead the singing of the National Anthem, accompanied by the Hong Kong Police Band. Local troupe Gekko Taiko Centre will thrill racing fans with their mass drum performance, which is sure to get the day’s racing action off to a great start.

To celebrate National Day, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is honoured to have joined forces with Hongkong Post to produce a special souvenir cover featuring the "Drago Cavallo" design by Simon Ma. This special edition will be of great value as a collectible.
