Two Officiating Guests, a Justice of the Peace and a representative from one of the Lotteries Fund beneficiary organisations, are invited for each draw to act as appointed witness of the drawing process and are responsible for certifying the official result of the lottery draw to ensure transparency.

Select one set of balls

Before each draw begin, two officiating guests are required to select one set of balls for official use. They would check the number and order of the balls, and sign to verify the results after the draw.

Illegal “Che Fa” lottery (字花)
