He still looks like a big baby and I still don\u2019t think we\u2019ve seen the best of him \u2013 if he looks good, we can target a few Group 3 races next season with him and go from there.\r\n\r\n\u201cHis form\u2019s still good \u2013 there are not many distance races for him this month so I picked out this one for him. He\u2019s won a few races at Happy Valley and the 1800 (metres) is good for him.\u201d\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"videoBox\" data-poster=\"http:\/\/campaigns.hkjc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/297\/news-0414-v1.jpg\" data-link=\"replay-full\/2020\/20200322\/08\/eng\/replay-full_20200322_08_eng\"  data-wa=\"\" data-themecolor=\"\"><\/div><p class=\"caption\">Reliable Team (fifth) and Amazing Beats (eighth) finish behind Golden Sixty in last month\u2019s Derby.<\/p>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Reliable Man gelding is a four-time winner, including thrice at the Valley, from 11 career starts.\r\n\r\n\u201cI think he has a good chance. Four is a good draw and he has pace so he can be wherever he wants and he\u2019s a horse that relaxes well. Back to Class 2, I think he\u2019s a good chance,\u201d Ho said.\r\n\r\n\u201cI think 1600 and 1800 metres is fine for him, he\u2019s a good, honest horse and he always tries.\u201d\r\n\r\n<strong>O\u2019Sullivan\u2019s Beats <\/strong>\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3279&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]While Valley regular Reliable Team has yet to score in Class 2, Amazing Beats is already a winner in that grade but faces the unknown of navigating his way around the city circuit under lights for the first time. But the Australian import has trialled at Happy Valley and trainer Paul O\u2019Sullivan is hoping that will prove to be beneficial.\r\n\r\n\u201cHe\u2019s back in the right handicap \u2013 so if you take his Derby run and the fact he\u2019s been around the Valley before and he has the right gate with the blinkers going on, I think he should race well,\u201d O\u2019Sullivan said.\r\n\r\nKnown as Cossetot pre-import, the ex-Godolphin galloper won the Listed Tasmanian Derby (2200m) among two other successes before his arrival in Hong Kong but was only eighth in the BMW Hong Kong Derby.\r\n\r\n\u201cI think the points tallied up in the finish \u2013 you\u2019re racing against horses rated 25 points higher and that\u2019s just about how the Derby panned out,\u201d O\u2019Sullivan said, \u201cI think he deserved every chance to be in there but he had every hope and at this stage he\u2019s not up to that level.\u201d\r\n\r\nKaris Teetan will be in the plate and the duo will break from gate three.\r\n\r\n\u201cHe\u2019s trialled very well at Happy Valley,\u201d O\u2019Sullivan added.\r\n\r\nThe Tony Cruz-trained Private Secretary will attempt to return to the level of his smart first-up win at the Valley, having placed 13th in the Derby.\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3280&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]But the four-year-olds will step out in a field of 12 that includes two-time course and distance winner Helene Charisma (132lb) from the John Moore stable.\r\n\r\n\u201cHelene Charisma ran really well last time and he\u2019s not a Sha Tin horse due to the fact of the track being too firm, it\u2019s like a lot of European horses that come here, they\u2019re not comfortable on those firm tracks,\u201d Moore said.\r\n\r\nKnown as Mont Ormel in France pre-import, the seven-year-old won the G1 Grand Prix de Paris (2400m) but went 27 starts across three seasons before breaking his duck at the course and distance in March last year.\r\n\r\n\u201cHe seems to have hit a purple patch of form at the moment, and, given some luck in running because he does have a tendency to hang, you\u2019d have to think that he\u2019s a live chance,\u201d Moore said.\r\n\r\nThe John Size-trained Enrichment (121lb) is looking to snap two runner-up efforts with a second Hong Kong career win but will have to do so from gate 11.\r\n\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"videoBox\" data-poster=\"http:\/\/campaigns.hkjc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/297\/news-0414-v2.jpg\" data-link=\"replay-full\/2020\/20200322\/06\/eng\/replay-full_20200322_06_eng\"  data-wa=\"\" data-themecolor=\"\"><\/div><p class=\"caption\">Enrichment narrowly misses over 1800m at Sha Tin.<\/p>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\u201cThe trip doesn\u2019t worry him &#8211; I think he\u2019s fine at 1800 (metres), middle distance is ok for him and the horse is in good shape it\u2019s just a bad gate for him, especially with the speed that he\u2019s got so he might be awkwardly placed,\u201d the 11-time champion trainer said.\r\n\r\nThe Teofilo five-year-old hasn\u2019t won since a Class 2 over 2000m last season, two starts prior to his 12th-placed effort in the 2019 BMW Hong Kong Derby.\r\n\r\n\u201cHe\u2019s been in good form this season &#8211; he\u2019s racing consistently and he\u2019s ready to win a race but he\u2019s just got that bad gate to contend with,\u201d Size said.\r\n\r\nJoao Moreira will be in the plate for Wednesday\u2019s contest, the first time since guiding the gelding to his only Hong Kong win.
