\u201cIt felt good. Listen, we didn’t really have a fixed plan other than to be positive. I was surprised I led but I was always going to be happy to lead anyway. The fence was no good so I had to get off it. When I looked at the big screen, I was a long way in front! That’s what everyone wanted. Obviously after last year, it was a bit flat, but this year I think he showed everyone what he can do.\u201d<\/p>

RAGING BLIZZARD – Brenton Avdulla<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cHe went terrific. He’s a genuine and honest horse, he’s run well his last three and he’s picked today on Grand Final day and he’s run second to the best horse in the world so you can’t ask for any more.\u201d<\/p>

\u201cIt\u2019s not good being opposition against Ka Ying Rising but what a supreme racehorse. He\u2019s just too good for us and took our horse out of his comfort zone and everything else as well.\u201d<\/p>

SATONO REVE – Ryan Moore<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cHe was a bit disappointing. The winner is exceptional – the best I\u2019ve seen at that trip.\u201d<\/p>

BEAUTY WAVES – Alexis Badel<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cHe ran okay behind the speed, quite wide, but he did okay.\u201d<\/p>

WIN CARNELIAN – Kosei Miura<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cKa Ying Rising broke quickly, so I went with him, but I couldn\u2019t keep up the speed and he had little left in his tank at the end. Still, I am proud of the horse – he was trying very hard.\u201d<\/p>

KHAADEM – Oisin Murphy<\/strong><\/p>
