He was very focused and he felt good underneath,\u201d said the Frenchman, who has partnered Richard Gibson\u2019s star in eight of his 11 victories.<\/p><p>Courier Wonder (fifth) and Waikuku (10th) also featured in Wellington\u2019s trial on the dirt.<\/p><p>Duke Wai (fourth) and Cordyceps Six (fifth) chased John Size\u2019s Golden Express to the line in batch two. Yet to race in Hong Kong, Golden Express clocked 1m 10.03s under Zac Purton.<\/p><p>Known as Gulf Of Venice when trained by David Vandyke, Golden Express won his only Australian start \u2013 a Doomben 1200m Maiden in June \u2013 by five and a half lengths.<\/p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;31326&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<p>With 10 wins so far this season, Badel is hopeful unbeaten Sweet Encounter can add to the tally with a third consecutive win for Size when he contests the Class 3 Panasonic Nanoe X Thermo Ventilator Handicap (1400m) at Sha Tin on Saturday (12 November).<\/p><p>\u201cHe\u2019s been very good so far, last time he was given a difficult task with a lot of weight (135lb) and a bad gate (14) and he managed to win the race.
